Before beginning any coaching or training program, all clients are required to complete an initial consultation along with two foundational assessments: the PAR-Q+ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and the Health History Questionnaire (HHQ). These steps ensure that coaching is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your individual needs from the outset.
Your responses are carefully reviewed to identify any considerations that may influence program design. In some cases, information provided may indicate the need for medical clearance from a physician prior to participation. This is a standard precautionary measure intended to protect your well-being and ensure training can proceed confidently and responsibly.
Coaching programs will begin only after all required documentation has been completed and reviewed. This process supports a higher standard of professional care, enabling individualized program planning that prioritizes both effective outcomes and long-term health.
